Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. 

You will also receive a separate notification when your order has shipped. 

Domestic Shipping Rates and Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. Please select the carrier of preference. Delivery services are made available through USPS, UPS and DHL. 

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup in Ridley Park, Pennsylvania! After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 2 business days. We will send you a confirmation email when your order is ready along with instructions and a designated time.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. If you haven’t received your order within 7 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, please contact us at GetHoppy@yahoo.com with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you. Please include any provided links for customers to track their orders.

RETURN POLICY

Our priority is for our customers to be completely satisfied with the products and service they receive. We want you to shop in confidence knowing your product is fresh, handmade and has never been used by another customer. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns but we do offer refunds within 30 days of receipt, when applicable. If you are unhappy with your order for any reason, please reach out and we will do everything we can to make it right! 

Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us by email at GetHoppy@yahoo.com as soon as possible, or within 30 days of receipt of the damaged product.
Once notified, we will either replace the damaged product or refund the amount of the purchase. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at GetHoppy@yahoo.com.

Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund.
