REFUND POLICY

Our priority is for our customers to be completely satisfied with the products and service they receive. We want you to shop in confidence knowing your product is fresh, handmade and has never been used by another customer. Due to the personal and hygienic nature of our products, we cannot accept returns but we do offer refunds within 30 days of receipt, when applicable. If you are unhappy with your order, please reach out and we will do everything we can to make it right!

Damaged Items
If your product arrives damaged, please notify us by email at GetHoppy@yahoo.com as soon as possible or within 30 days of receipt of the damaged product.
Once notified, we will either replace the damaged product or refund the amount of the purchase. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at GetHoppy@yahoo.com.

Shipping
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping (if any) will be deducted from your refund.
